Ingredients

  • 12oz (340g) Oat Penne
  • 18oz (510g) Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 7oz (198g) Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 3.5oz (99g) Feta Cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
  2. Lightly sauté the sliced cherry tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Cook the pasta, drain and toss in the pan with the tomatoes, then add the fresh spinach. Turn on the heat, stir in the feta crumbles, and serve.
